IP address blocked; JETPACK_IP_ADDRESS_OK doesn't help; Can't log in

Hi,
I have had this problem for a couple of days. When I try to log in to wp admin, Jetpack has blocked my IP address: “Your IP (91.155.229.113) has been flagged for potential security violations. Find out more…”
So, I added this row to wp-config.php:
define(‘JETPACK_IP_ADDRESS_OK’, ‘91.155.229.113’);Previously it has worked, but not now. When I try to log in, I still get the same error. And the funny thing is, that whatever my IP address is (if I try with other computer with different IP address) it still shows that exactly same message, so that my IP 91.155.229.113 is blocked, even my current IP address is something else!
So, I cannot log in to my blog. I tried already renaming Jetpack with ftp, but no effect.
Any ideas what would help? The url is http://www.lowcarbsosimple.com and /wp-login is not my login page, it’s something else for security reasons.
