    This affects regular browsers, too. Disable all other plugins and switch your theme to the default.

    Ok, all other plugins are disabled and I switched to Twenty Eleven. Still happening, any ideas would be great!

    Looks like you have an open mailto link in the content that’s wrapped around the entire form:
    <p><a href="mailto:sales@bestlabel.com">

    Bravo! You are exactly right, thanks for the help. I had the form as a link, must have cut and pasted from somewhere else and it kept the link.
