IOS / Iphone lightbox not opening when clicked

    Dear Support team,

    When you try to open any of the lightbox gallery on my website with an IOS device not just safari but chrome browser it simply stepping to the next image.
    I can confirm on android and desktop it working just fine!
    Kindly advice, thanks!

    We were able to identify this issue and released a fix to resolve it. Kindly update FooGallery to the latest version.

    It is up to date, there is no available updates are offered.
    Yet the problem still persist.

    Actually the gallery is switching backwards once you try to open it.

    What shall I do now?

    Hi @davgila

    Using the developer tools, I can see that the JS file being rendered is from version 2.0.35, while it should be 2.2.16. This shows me that you are using an older version of the plugin.

    To confirm this, kindly navigate to FooGallery -> System Info then copy and paste the system information generated in that section to your response to this. Thanks.

    FooGallery version : 2.2.16
    seems like it is updated.

    I can ensure that while I test it I have purged all cache and I have placed the plugin in to safe mode. Also the visual changes are in place that I tested so 100% sure cache is not interfere…

    How come in the front-end we experience older version…?!

    Hello,

    I’ve the same problem. When I try to klick on an image, it rotate to the image before, but don’t open them in the lightbox (iPhone 12 Pro, latest iOS, Landscape & Portrait).

    Code from developer tool:
    foogallery.min.js?ver=2.2.16
    foobox.free.min.js?ver=2.7.17

    Plugin information:
    FooGallery-Version : 2.2.16
    WordPress-Version : 6.0.3
    Aktiviertes Theme : Bam
    WordPress-URL : Klick
    PHP-Version : 7.4.30

    Maybe you can find the issue.

    On another topic, I have found a thread that is related to mine, and one of your colleagues have answered with an unreleased version that straight up solved this issue!!

    I’m glad to know that the version you installed did resolve the issue. We will be officially releasing the latest version of FooGallery free later this weekend and it will come with a lot of updates, one of which will be a fix to resolve this issue you raised.
