New users don't seem to be receiving an email invoice after purchasing a membership. Should they be receiving an email for an invoice if they are granted a free trial period? My host (godaddy) confirmed that the server is sending emails just fine and suggested I reconfigure the email settings in the Paid Memberships Pro plugin but there really aren't that many email options it seems. I tried using a different WordPress plugin (WP-Mail-SMTP) to change the way email was sent to see if that made a difference. Test emails seemed to be sent (in most configurations). Stripe also seems correctly set up to send email. I'm stumped.
