    I connect the plug-in to Invoice express by configuring my subdomain and my API key, then I generate a new (test) order from WooCommerce. Lastly, I promote the order to “Processing” step and save the order.

    What’s supposed to happen is the API gateway is supposed to duplicate the order details (client, billing/shipping addresses, products, prices, subtotal, VAT, etc.) to InvoiceExpress and automatically generate an invoice for the order.

    What actually does happen? nothing.

    Can you please make sure you’re using version 0.2 of the plugin?


    I’m sorry I am using the 0.3 version…and am unaware of how to downgrade to the 0.2 version of the plugin.

    Are you sure you want me to run 3.7.1 WordPress and 0.2 of the plugin?
    (I will use svn to retrieve it, I suppose.)

    Using 0.3 with 3.7.1 should be fine, when you generate a new (test) order and promote the order to “processing” still nothing happens?

    Are there any errors or messages on the Order Notes section?
