    Hello, I have two questions.

In the last two days, I have noticed that when we print the invoices with this plugin, the currency is different from the order. For example, the customer paid 10$ but when I print the invoice it states 10£.

I noticed that when I switch the currency on my homepage, then the currency of the invoice changes to whatever currency is selected on the home page of the website. This seems odd, as I would imagine that the invoice is generated from the order in Woo. The currency switcher plugin is “FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce” but I cant imagine that this would be the reason for the problem.

I mentioned that I have two questions. The second question is about the paid version of this plugin. I want to buy the premium version, but as far as I understand, it is not possible to make a proforma invoice with a custom item. The only option is to add a SKU of a product. Has this changed recently? Is there a work around somehow?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi @sslartibartfast,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The plugin is designed to generate invoices based on the WooCommerce order edit page. To get a better understanding of the issue, kindly share the full screenshots of the WooCommerce order edit page of the order you are having issues with and its corresponding invoice document. Kindly mask the sensitive user details while sharing the screenshots.

Additionally, we see that you have queries regarding the premium version of the plugin. As it’s not advisable to discuss the premium features in this forum, you may reach out to our support team through this link for more information and assistance with your query. Our team will be happy to help you and provide any assistance you may need.

    Hello,

Please excuse the delayed reply. I had to figure out how to send a screenshot. This is the screenshots you requested. As you can see, the currency for this order was in CAD, but the invoice is in Euro
