Hi @sinanisler
You can see the Core Modules by visiting your WP Admin dashboard > Jetpack CRM > Core Modules. In there, you can see which ones are activated and deactivated.
If you have PDF Engine and Invoices deactivated, please activate them and double-check your invoice PDF.
Hope this helps!
Best,
Albait is already activated. that wasn’t it.
i reuploaded another logo too it is definitely not a type issue.
how is the pdf created if I know what is missing I can install it on my vps if needed.

Hi @sinanisler ,

Would you let us know more information?
– who is your host
– which server are you running (ie, Apache, nginx, etc.)
– what version of PHP are you using?
– how did you migrate your site?> i am guessing plugin needs a php module my vps setup is very bare minimum. what PHP module(s) this plugin using ?
It seems a good guess, but that’s what the PDF Engine core module should handle.
If you go to CRM Dashboard -> System Assistant -> System Status, you should see a section that looks like this:
What does that look like for you?
Best,
CenaBest,

Hi there, @sinanisler,
Thanks for sharing the image. I see that there are some sensitive data in there, so it’d be better if you remove it for safety and privacy reason.
If you cannot edit your last message, we’ll ask the mods to do that for you.
In the meantime, due to the nature of your issue, it’d be better to move the conversation to a private ticket/email. Could you contact us via the presales form and mention this thread?
Please could you also include the image you’re removing from this thread and answer the following questions?
– Did you try adding a new logo to the existing invoice?
– Did you add a new logo in the settings? Keep in mind that this would only affect new invoices
– Do you have any PHP logs to share? Your host can provide this to you
– When you moved hosts, did you move all the files, including the original logo file?Look forward to your reply, and thanks for sorting this out with us!
– Did you try adding a new logo to the existing invoice?
YES. didn’t fix.– Did you add a new logo in the settings? Keep in mind that this would only affect new invoices
YES. didn’t fix.– Do you have any PHP logs to share? Your host can provide this to you
well there is no PHP log. i setup the logging only when error or fatal error happens.– When you moved hosts, did you move all the files, including the original logo file?
moved normal hosting to vps. yes all migration done right. i am pretty sure.but you give me an idea I will delete and reinstall the jetpack CRM lets see if that will fix it.
nope no fix…

Hi @sinanisler ,
It’s a strange issue!
I’ve tried the following:
1. adding a new logo via Jetpack CRM -> CRM Settings -> General
Existing invoices display the old logo, which is correct:
2. next I add a new invoice. The new logo appears correctly in Preview:
and as a PDF:
So I’m not sure what may be causing this, given the various attempts you’ve made.
Would you link to a copy of the image, so we can try testing it ourselves? Maybe there’s an issue with the image itself.
Best,
