# Invoice number issues

 * Hello,
 * I have 2 issues with the invoice number:-
 * 1. My client needs to be able to overwrite the invoice number as not all sales
   are via the website. I have tested this functionality & whilst the invoice number
   is shown as changed on the back-end orders list, the pdf file name remains unchanged.
   How can the pdf file name be updated to the new invoice number?
 * 2. Invoice number not displayed on the PDF – is there a hook I can add or change
   to template to get this included?
 * Apart from these issues plugin is working perfectly for us!

 * Hi! It sounds like you can simply resolve this issue by enabling the ‘Display
   built-in sequential invoice number’ option in the template settings. This will
   make sure that the invoice number is used for the filename and included in the
   invoice.
