# Invoice not generated for payment method

 * We are using your woocommerce PDF invoice generation plugin (mPDF) where we issue
   customer tax invoice in English and Arabic.
 * All is working well except for one payment method “Direct Bank Transfer” the 
   invoice is not coming in the email.
 * Is there any specific reason for this behaviour?
 * Please let us know.

   Invoices > Documents > Invoice**?

   this affects **Direct Bank Transfer** specifically, what’s the order status of
   such an order with that payment method? You currently only attach to “Processing”
   and “New order” emails, but AFAIK bank transfer goes to ‘order on hold’ first.
