Hi @mkerley12,
It is not a known issue.
Can you please check what is the product type of this particular item and also mention if you are using any plugins in the site to modify anything related to products?
I’m not sure what you mean by product type. It is a physical part just like all the other items in our store. This particular item was added via the “add arbitrary item” addition whereby I can add something to an order that was not in the store previously. However, I’ve done this many times and never had an issue with the invoice. Those are the only ‘odd’ things about this order. Otherwise, there’s nothing special about this order, but as I said above, I’ve done this many times before and this is the only time I’ve seen it drop (or miss) an item.

Hi @mkerley12,
There is no option by default in Woocommerce that features an “add arbitrary item” functionality. So definitely you might be using some plugin to add this feature.
The plugin requires the item to be present in the store database(products page) to be printed in the invoice. If the item is not present in the store as you mentioned, it won’t be listed in the invoice since the plugin fetched all product data from the actual product using its post id.
You are correct that at this point, the part no longer exists in the system because the “add arbitrary part” button only temporarily adds it through the fulfillment of the order. The part did exist at the time the invoice was created, but it has since been purged. THat is the typical behavior of the system. Since this happened previously, I can’t verify that it did exist in this circumstance, but I’ll keep an eye out for it in the future. If I come across it again, I’ll let you know. Thank you for your help!
Matt
