“Invoice Lookup” widget Not showing for public!!

I wanted to enable “Invoice Lookup” widget for a public pacing page/post. although it works for a logged in user, for public it shows a blank page. tried to change theme widget settings but no avail. Does anyone know is it meant to work like this? thanks
