Invoice form with wp-invoice

Hi guys, I’ve recently been doing some web design work with a friend of mine. I am fairly new to wordpress and have been making a site for a client.
He has his own construction company, and employs many sub-contractors. He wants them to be able to log into his site, where upon a private page appears with a form.
He wants them to be able to fill their information into the form, details of the job, etc. And then have a formatted email sent to him, so the payment can be processed.
I have played around with WP-invoice a little, but cannot figure out whether it has this functionality or not, so far all I have managed to do is create a new account, and manually create the invoice in the wp-invoice menu. This is the only workaround I can find so I was wondering if it is possible to fill the clients specifications using wp-invoice, if not, is there another invoice plugin that can do the job?
