 * is there a place where i can edit the “layout” of the invoices ? (generated by
   your plugin) ? to include the legal informations etc etc all invoices need 🙂

 * You can customize the content of the invoice from Ecommerce WD > Options page.
   Navigate to Email Options, then Customer Invoice tab.
 * You will find a text editor there, which you can use to write additional information
   for the invoice.
