Invisible Slideshow

I’m using the nextgen gallery 1.9.12 and I’ve created a gallery with id=1. Using the shortcode [slideshow id=1] nothing appears!!! Only the loading gif is visible but it loads notheing….
Is there anyone that can help me!!!
