Hi, I experienced Easy Pricing Table for free for several months, but the extension doesn’t appear anymore in my WP backend, in the left column, since one month.
When I go to the extensions page, I can see Easy Pricing Table, but I’m asked to “add” the extension. When I do it, the extension answers I’m not allowed to access to that page.
So that I can’t modify my prices… Can you help me ? Thanks.

    My EPT Version : 3.2.2
    My WP : 6.0.2

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Fvuillod,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I will be happy to assist.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with that.

Can you show us some screenshots of what you are seeing? I have not encountered this issue before.

In the Users section of the left panel of WordPress (usually listed under Plugins), is your user role set to “Admin” or is it another type of role?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    All the best.

    Hi Fvuillod,

Thanks for your reply with that information.

Are you able to build a table from inside the Gutenberg builder? Eg click the big blue + sign, then type in Easy Pricing Tables and then you can build the table inside the page. Then you won’t need to use the shortcode to place the table onto your post/page.

I think this is a conflict with another plugin or caused by the caching. Am I right in sayinig that Easy Pricing Tables is not appearing in the left bottom section where all the other plugins are listed? Example under where it shows Grid Kit, Yoast, MC4WP.

I would recommend first clearing the cache from WProcket and seeing if that helps. Sometimes caching can cause issues like this.

Even if an issue is likely not a conflict with another plugin, it’s often best to rule out the possibility completely. The following steps will tell you whether or not you are experiencing a conflict, and with what piece of software the conflict is with.

    The steps are as follows:

Deactivate all plugins, except Easy Pricing Tables.
    See if the issue persists:
If so, your issue is not caused by a conflict with a plugin.
If the issue is gone, one of the deactivated plugins was causing a conflict. You need to find which one.
Reactivate your plugins one at a time, and check after each to see if the issue returns. When it does, you will have found the plugin conflict.
If a plugin conflict is not found, check the theme next. Revert to a default WordPress theme like ‘Twenty Twenty Two’.
If the issue is gone, you have a theme conflict.
If not, the issue is not caused by your theme or a plugin.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    All the best.

Hi, thanks for your answers. You were right in sayinig that Easy Pricing Tables is not appearing in the left bottom section where all the other plugins are listed.

And also in saying it was a conflict with another extension, called Adminimize.

All is ok now, thank you & all the best.
