Invisible plugin?

I am crossing my fingers for this plugin, but we’re getting off to a very shaky start. I have one post up using the Jetpack tiled gallery, but the option to add more disappeared in the admin after their last plugin update.

I installed this plugin today and, other than showing in my list of plugins, it is invisible. There is no change to my media settings from the Jetpack setup. I deactivated Jetpack, but it didn’t make a difference. In Posts it is only possible to add one image at a time, still with no gallery option. For the moment I am leaving it with both Jetpack and this activated at the same time. I realize they could conflict but, given the circumstances (both broken) at least there is one gallery to prove it there wasn’t a theme conflict before they messed up Jetpack. This site is hung up on this for launch, so I may end up switching to yet another, but I wanted to give this a chance…
