In case I’m creating a page as “private” the link is not available in the selection box.
It’s good to see that support for this theme is ignored. Guess that answers the question of whether I should upgrade or not.

The page that you don’t want to show in menu, can be removed from Appearance > Menus, as shown here (see: http://prntscr.com/fvn24f).

Hello, that did not work.
I cannot paste screenshots here. The menu item is on the left hand side, but removed under menus on the right hand side, yet it still appears on the website.

I’m not sure what else you need? When I add a new page it automatically adds it to my main menu, even if I look in the menu and can see it is not listed there, it appears on the website as a menu.
There really isn’t any other way to explain this.
I may just look for another theme.
