# Invisible Comments

 * Hi,
    I have a notification in the dashboard that I have a pending comment, when
   I go there it says no comments found. Beside All it says 2, beside Pending it
   says 1, and beside Spam it says 1, but when I click on any of them it says no
   comments found. I have trawled other forum posts on this issue and have not been
   able to fix it. I tried the Disable Comments plugin and it deleted 8 comments
   that I couldn’t see anyplace, it deleted them anyway and the invisible ones are
   still there in the dashboard. I checked in the database and there the comments
   table is empty. I cleared all Chrome data and restarted. Logged in again and 
   the invisible comments are still there. Aside from it being annoying, it’s a 
   bit worrying that there is an issue. Are those comments causing some sort of 
   spam back linking? I’d like to understand why it is happening, anyone with any
   information if you could help it would be really appreciated. David.

 * I wonder if it could be a minor database issue? Try using Phpmyadmin (or whatever
   database management tool your host supplied) to run repairs on every table to
   see if that helps.
