    When I make a manual OR online order while testing the site, the inventory does not adjust to reflect that sale.

    I've eliminated the obvious problems:

    1. Under WooCommerce settings, I have enabled Stock Management.
    2. Each product has a stock above 0.
    3. The orders are marked as completed.

    What am I missing?

    Im having exactly the same issue.
    Can I ask if you are making the order through paypal? I've been told it may be a IPN issue but am still looking into it.

    This problem occurs with both PayPal and manually entered orders. Nothing updates the inventory. I am not in maintenance mode and stock management is enabled. It's a total mystery. I'm about to jump the WooCommerce ship.

    Did you ever receive response or solve the issue? I'm having same problem and no one response. My system status says IPN is working and all stock management options are active, including "hide out of stock items from catalog".

    I will appreciate any info.
