Inventory management for bikinis

Hi! I have a bikini store up and running using WooCommerce and I have a big problem with my Variable Products. I have a product where the customer can select the size of each piece of the bikini (top and bottom), but I need to be able to control the inventory of each size of each piece. Is there a way to do this using variable products?
Another example: I sell the top and the bottom in the same product but my clients can choose from different sizes for top and bottom. How can I manage the stock if I have for example only one top in small pink? it can be bought with any sizes of bottom but when it sold that small pink top has to turn out of stock. I tried and tried but I can’t find how to do this and I really need it to work.
Is there anyway I can add inventory to each separate piece?
