Hello! I made settings in the product cards. They were discarded. Disabled inventory management at the store level, set “In stock”. But the settings are reset after half an hour. I have not left the site for 3 days to remove inventory management and select “In stock”. 3 items with problems. Please tell me what could be the reason.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

Could you first check if the global setting for stock management is checked in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory?

If the issue persists, your site may be experiencing a plugin/theme conflict issue. To determine what’s causing it, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable all plugins in the live store. The caching plugin was disabled – it’s not about it. Thanks for the advice!

    Hi @nadezhdakhachaturova

    Thanks for the update.

What we recommend is duplicating your site to a staging environment and performing tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers.

Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/.

Thank you very much! I will definitely use the plugin! Although there is already speculation about which plugin is conflicting. I asked the developer about the consequences of the shutdown.

Sounds good! Let us know how it goes.

Margaret S. a11n! I don’t think you will be interested. Plugin of Russian developers for synchronizing a store with a warehouse. It is not in the WordPress repository. Bought on the developer’s website. And they ordered a few more add-ons to the plugin. Synchronization is disabled in the main plugin. But one of the additions shows the presence of prefabricated kits. It also confused the settings.

    Hi @nadezhdakhachaturova,

    Thanks for the update!

It sounds like this third-party plugin with its add-ons is causing trouble. We will not be able to look into compatibility issues since the plugin is not developed by us, however, you may want to get back to the plugin developers as you paid for their product and see if they can help you with a solution.

Since the thread is closed you can open a new topic if you have any further questions.

    Cheers.
