• hi
I am not sure if this issue is related to your plugin but over the past 1-2months I have been having issues with my inventory changing. Obviously as a rental site and using your plugin (which I love by the way and has worked for 2 plus years now)my inventory levels should never change unless I change them. Tonight after several emails about being unable to book things I realised it had happened again and I was forced to check all my inventory levels to make sure things were ok….which they weren’t.
Has this happened before is it anything to do with plugin or do you know of any other reason this may be happening wordpress or woo-commerce issue?

    Hello,

Do you mean the “Stock amount” option of each product is changing?

Do you happen to cancel/refund orders? If so, make sure to uncheck the “Restock refunded items” option when you do.

Otherwise I don’t know, I haven’t noticed any issue with Easy Booking/Availability Check. Do you use any stock management plugin?

Are all your plugins up-to-date? Easy Booking should be 2.2.1 and Availability Check 1.6.8.

    Regards,
    Natasha

    Hello,

Is the issue random or does it happen when you/your clients do something special?

Can you describe me the issue? Is the product marked as “out-of-stock” by WooCommerce or are the availabilities in the calendar wrong? I need more details about what’s not working.

    Regards,
    Natasha

    Hi

It appears random, i was trying to see if it relates to myself raising orders on the back end but the product it occurred with wasn’t one I have raised an order with recently.

inventory> stock quantity the value you enter there for your stock level

it either changes (reduces) or as a lot of my stock levels are one it goes to zero out of stock notice. This was at out of stock on monday, but as a rental site 99% of my stock is controlled using your plugin booking system. I have changed it to the correct level now as I need to raise an order for it.

In order to update my plugin do i need to download it from your site? or should it be automatic?

I released an update for Availability Check yesterday, because there were issues with stocks when manually adding/modifying/deleting items from orders. Maybe it was the issue there, so please update to 1.6.9 (you should get the automatic update, otherwise you can download it from the website).

If it’s not this, then I can’t do anything without more information/details about how and when it happens. I don’t have issues on my installation and no one else contacted me with the same problem so it’s hard to tell what it could be.

It can also be another plugin.

Right, my bad. They changed WC_Order_Item to WC_Order_Item_Product. Thanks for reporting it, I’ll update asap.

It should be fixed in Availability Check 1.6.11 🙂
