Support » Plugin: TheCartPress eCommerce Shopping Cart » Inventory for unique products / displaying "sold"

  • Two questions relating to a website running CartPress and selling unique products. Unique in that once a product is sold, there aren’t additional copies.
    1) Can the catalog pages show a product that has sold and display some kind of “SOLD” status? This would help indicate that people are buying from the website.
    2) When we set the inventory to “1” and the initial inventory to “1”, since these are unique products, the product listing pages are allowing customers to select quantities greater than one to put in the shopping cart. How do we limit that option to just one?

    Thanks!
