# Invalid username/password

 * Hello,
 * My site is hosted with Dreamhost, registered with Sendgrid and now trying the
   plugin. Per instructions installed Swift mailer plugin and enabled the short 
   open tag in the .htaccess with “php_value short_open_tag 1”
 * When entering the username & password in Settings / Sendgrid I continue to get“
   Invalid username/password” (I have double / triple checked the combination, it
   is correct:))
 * What could be happening here? Thank you in advance! Michiel

 * i am also facing the same problem. i am unable to do login on snedgrid account
   but using same credentials i get “Invalid username/password” error.
