    Hello!

    I’ve been getting the most frustrating errors when trying to upload designs to my Woocommerce page from Printful. Sometimes it’s an Error 500 but most recently it’s been consistently this:

    Product was not added!
    
    Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access
    
    That's all we know. If you need some help, please contact our support, provide the error code below, and we'll see what we can do.

    Things we’ve tried:
    1. Disabling all plugins except for printful and woocommerce
    2. Disabling themes
    3. Regenerating the consumer key and consumer secret
    4. Checked that the URL in printful settings is the same as my website

    Still not able to upload. It could be something simple bc I’m pretty new to this, but I have no idea what I’m missing.

    The weirdest thing is it worked a few weeks ago with a test product, then when I went to take the product down and put up the official products, I couldn’t and still can’t. I was able to remove the product at least. I also could upload a product once last week, don’t know what was different but unfortunately that was another test product.

    Thanks for any help you can offer. Let me know if there’s any logs I should provide.

  • I’ve been having that same problem, and have gone through the same steps, and the result was being told to talk to Bluehost. So I spent an hour chatting with Bluehose a couple nights ago, and they didn’t resolve it, but they did point me to an error (in WooCommerce/Status/logs), which calls out an errror at line 1510 of class-wc-rest-products-v2-controller.php, which is the function wc_delete_product_transients. I was just about to go into this forum and open the same ticket myself. For what it’s worth, it looks to me like the error only comes up on an initial product upload if the product has more than one variant and/or more than 2 mockups. If I upload one product with 2 mockups and no variants, it works. If I then upload all of the other variants, it also works, so it’s really infuriating, especially because only about 1/2 of our products have only 2 base mockups per variation.

    @thestrongmike You’re exactly right! I just tried it with only one mockup selected, and it works perfectly now. Good to know that it’s possible to go in and upload more variants afterwards, thank you for the tip!

    thank you @thestrongmike and @astralocale , same issue here, unacceptable Printful support is sending to troubleshoot with host knowing they have a bug
