 * I actually regret updating this plugin to version 1.6.5.
 * Now I have errors showing, which prevent the credit card fields from showing.
   This is the error it shows:
    [The value of a field does not conform to the expected
   format]
 * What is going on????

 * Hi [@mathst](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mathst/),
 * Can you please share the screenshot of the error message and PayPal log file?
   Also, mention using which method you are facing this issue.

 * Ok.
    First of all. I have rolled back to version 1.6.4, which happens to be working
   just fine on my website.
 * Secondly, I’ve copied-pasted the exact same error I was getting at the top of
   my checkout form. This is it again:
 * [The value of a field does not conform to the expected format]
 * So the screenshot will show you the exact same message, and I don’t intend to
   switch to your updated version, for fear of having issues with my clients. Please
   sort this out.
 * Thirdly, where do I find the Paylog file again? I’m totally confused here.
 * Fourthly, you said I should mention the method I was using? I simply placed an
   order on my own website, and usually, the credit cards fields are supposed to
   be displayed, for me to fill out my details. It wasn’t the case with your plugin
   update. The credit card fields would display normally with version 1.6.4. But
   when updated, I get the error message.
 * So please clarify, when you say I should explain the method I used.
 * Looking forward to your reply.
