Invalid Premium License – Resolved

Recommended to a client to use Complianz and buy the plugin, installed license on website, license shown as “Invalid, go to complianz website for more information” and the website doesn’t explain anything or way. Can’t activate, sent a ticket last week, still no answer after “24-48 hours”. Wasting time and money and cannot get any relevant information on why an ACTIVE license cannot be used on that website.

The issue was resolved. While the error was not clear on what was causing the issue, the problem was 100% on the side of the hosting. So while I’m still a bit annoyed at the error message for clarity, if the host is blocking authentication, not much the Complianz can do other than point in the right direction to request the right element be unblock on the host end.
