The problem is most likely due to a rewrite rule conflict caused by an invalid “rewrite slug” specified by one of the custom post types. Does the issue persists when “Plain” option is selected under “Settings -> Permalinks”?
Could you possibly record a video and recreate this problem WITH and WITHOUT Permalink Manager activated?

Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce this issue on my test server. Except for one on the Bricks support site, no other reports of a similar issue were posted.

Given that both reports were made on the same day, I am guessing you wrote it too. As of now, the only solution that I can suggest is excluding “My Templates” post type in the plugin settings:
