I’m having the same issue too, all of a sudden. Can you post the fix that you used?
This kind of error is normally due to a web server misconfiguration, and the solution varies. I’d need to take a look to be able to offer any insight.

For me the issue has been resolved (for now!) by disabling the varnish for my websites. I had to go to my control panel on my webhost, to do it but that took care of it.
By the way the support I received from danlester (@danlester) was great. Thanks again for the awesome plugin!
