 * Hello there,
 * Parcel Panel Support team here!Thanks for your feedback.
 * According to the sample order, it’s because there is a single quotation mark
   before the data you imported. They should be “#12384″,”06525610648267” instead
   of “**‘**#12384″,”**‘**06525610648267″. You need to remove the quotation mark
   so that the data can be imported.
 * Kind regards

 * Yes, I thought so, but it is like that in your sample file. It worked without
   it. Thanks

 * Why is the # required in front of the order number? Exported data from our currier
   contains only numbers and to add # sign to the file is basically impossible.

 * Hello there,
 * It’s not necessary to add # in front of the order number. You can import the
   order number without #.
 * Please kindly confirm it on your end.
 * If you have any further problems or concerns, please let us know.
 * Kind regards
