# Invalid or corrupted PDF

 * I am using the latest versions, but I received a message stating **“Invalid or
   corrupted PDF.”** The PDF file works fine for me and on the website, but it does
   not function properly with **PDF Embedder**.
 * Additionally, my clients using **iPhones or iPads** are experiencing an issue
   where they **cannot scroll the page in full-page mode**—it freezes on the first
   page.
 * Could you please help resolve these issues?
 * **Current versions:**
   **PDF Embedder:** Version 4.9.0
 * **PDF Embedder Premium (Pro)**: Version 5.3.0
