• When I try to select the option to do full backup, or choose any other option on that list (I’ve tried them all!), then click ‘Save All Changes’, I get a red ‘Invalid Option ID or Code’ message. If I then return try to do a backup it seems to complete too quickly to be doing a proper backup and the resulting backup zip file contains only 2 files of less than 2MB each with names such as BUPKT7z0U and BUP2yHH0Z. In previous version of Ready backup. I could do a full backup, which generated a zip file containing all the website files. I’m fairly new to WordPress, so any help/advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your message.

Files BUPKT7z0U and BUP2yHH0Z is also an archive that you can open any archive manager. Beginning with 0.4.x we use a new algorithm for creating archives filesystem. Don’t worry about these files.

Please, give your WP and PHP versions. We’ll try to find and fix problem with Settings module.
