Invalid Mail Box Syntax

Hi

I’m having an issue, in the WP MAIL tab of the Contact Form 7 setup tabs, I don’t know what is typically put in the second field down FROM: ???

I’ve read the links to the guide – but I don’t get this, is this supposed to be left blank? I.e. it is the senders email address? At the moment it is blank and there is a red warning Invalid Mailbox Syntax.

I wanted to also add, if we put in our email address (like the docs seem to suggest) then when we get a test message sent through, we can’t reply to it, because there is no senders email address included in the message we receive. Below is all we get included in a test message. There is No reply address so we can’t send a reply to a customer even though we entered a reply email.
