Invalid licence?

Hello, today I discovered that my PRO license of your plugin is not working.
Everything has been deactivated, and it doesn’t work.
To try to solve it I have deactivated the Extended version and downloaded the basic one, but it is not PRO and it does not allow me to do what I did before.
I would like to know if it is a one-off error to reassure me because paying for a licence and being told every moment that I have to activate it is not logical.
