Invalid key after clicking on activation link-only on mobile

    This is a strange one. After a user registrates the email is send and clicking the activation link from outlook works, because a new password can be set.

    However, clicking the activation link from my mobile Phone gives me the famous “invalid key” error.

    Any idea why the activation link is not working on a mobile (android) phone?

    Well, if you already used the key, that would be one reason. Or you waited too long?

    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for responding! I also tried to generate a new account and only use the new link on my Phone, but same result, so did not wait to long. It’s frustrating because it works on PC/laptop but not on Phone. If you wish to try for yourself, try registrating on http://www.loopthetuit.nl en click the email link on your mobile device. Please name your account something with your name so I can recognise you. Thanks in advance!
