# Invalid Function Name

 * Hi All,
 * I have no coding experience whatever, and my WordPress site is sending me an 
   error message that I don’t understand. Help me please!
 * When I try to create a new post, under the text box the following text appears:
 * _Warning: call\_user\_func\_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback,
   function ‘add\_new\_plugin’ not found or invalid function name in /home/nvmnjgud/
   public\_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 173_
 * Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function‘
   register_new_button’ not found or invalid function name in /home/nvmnjgud/public_html/
   wp-includes/plugin.php on line 173
 * Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/nvmnjgud/
   public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-editor.php on line 426
 * For some reason this is stopping my posts from showing up on my blog, even though
   my dashboard says that they are “published.” All of my plugins are now updated
   as is my WordPress, so what do I need to do?
 * Very detailed instructions on how to enter my c panel and fix this would be appreciated.
   Please remember that I do not code at all, and will need to walked through each
   step.

 * Did you recently install a new plugin? If so in the dashboard disable it.
 * I will try to have you do the first steps in the dashboard so hopefully we won’t
   have to go futher.

 * Yes, it could.
    Check by deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves
   the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find
   the problematic plugin(s). If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting
   the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin (read [http://bit.ly/UhpkLl](http://bit.ly/UhpkLl)
   if you need help). Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
 * If the plugins are no go try switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out
   any theme-specific problems. If you can’t log in to change themes, you can remove
   the theme folders via FTP so the only one is twentyeleven. That will force your
   site to use it.

 * Thanks so much for your help! So I tried all the plugins, and that wasn’t it.
   I switched the theme, and you were right, it fixed it all.
 * The question is, what do I do now? Would you recommend that I contact the person
   who made the theme and see what they can suggest?
