# Invalid feed – XML parsing error

 * I’m having issues fixing my feed 🙁
 * I do not really know where files I’m supposed to look at are in the whole blog
   tree either.
 * Basically, when i enter my feed in Facebook or other feed readers:
    [http://www.jeanlucbenazet.com/blog/?feed=rss2](http://www.jeanlucbenazet.com/blog/?feed=rss2)
 * I get a message that it is not valid. So today, I tried googling it, and brought
   up this page: [http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.jeanlucbenazet.com%2Fblog%2F%3Ffeed%3Drss2](http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.jeanlucbenazet.com%2Fblog%2F%3Ffeed%3Drss2)
   which tells me there is an XML parsing error somewhere.
 * Is it the actual issue? How do I fix it? Where do I find the culprit file (if
   any)? Any help would really be appreciated.

 * The problem is the `&source=rss` being appended to the RSS links. I’m not aware
   of WordPress doing that; is some plugin doing that? To fix it, it should be `&
   amp;source=rss`.

 * My God ! You’ve just fixed it!
 * Just found that in my plugins, and removed it:
 * From RSS: Adds ?source=rss to your permalinks from RSS, and 301 redirects them
   to the correct URL while dropping a cookie, giving you the opportunity to treat
   your RSS readers differently. Use from_rss(); to check whether a user came from
   an RSS feed.
 * Now my validator says: Congrats ! 🙂

 * Glad to help :-). You might want to let the plugin author know so that they can
   fix it.
