    Hi,
I get a lot of errors from uses when they sign up using the front-end form, or when adding the subscriber using the backend, where they get an error message stating that the email is invalid. It seems to appear when there is a space before or after the otherwise correct email.

Question: Is there a filter or other way of trimming the spaces from the email, before the validation is done?

It may be a big issue in my opinion – in a recent campaign on facebook, we reached 650 users and got 100 new subscriptions, but 10 reported the issue to us, and I suspect that a lot more just gave up on the subscription without bothering to tell us about the problem. Hope you can advise to a way of fixing this issue.

    Rgds,

We are aware of this issue, and we’ll take a look at it for a future release. Sorry about that!

I have the same problem! Have you made any progress? Is there anyway of editing or deleting a subscription even?
