Hi @eprince, thanks for your message.

This does look unusual, so it’d be great if you could send me a site diagnostic report. You can send it to wftest @ wordfence . com. The link can be found at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

Note: For the fastest response time, please make sure and add any information or questions directly to this topic and not the email address above unless asked.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

    Hi @eprince,

I didn’t receive a diagnostic over the last week, but have done a little more digging into this and what I initially thought was perhaps a blank database record here could be a Javascript conflict. If you view the browser console on this page, you may see errors.

The best way to troubleshoot this is to default to a theme such as Twenty Twenty-One, disable all plugins except for Wordfence and try again. If the Live Traffic page displays as expected, then re-enable your other plugins one-by-one until you find the cause of the conflict. If you re-enable your theme and the error returns, then you will need to get in touch with your theme developer to see whether they can resolve the issue. Updating everything to the latest version(s) may also assist if the problem has already been spotted by other customers.

    Thanks again,

    Peter.
