Invalid argument supplied for foreach …. after updating

    Hello
    I am using the Formidablepro form plugin on my website and after updating today to the 2.19.4 version of the testimonials plugin The forms are giving an error when trying to send. the error is :

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/vhosts/a-rigaud.nl/httpdocs/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 1395

    After deactivating the testimonials plgin evrything works fine, activating the plgin gives the same message.
