    Hello,

    What are all of the forms and interest groups assigned to your field. Please provide the field type, field label and any respection options for the field.

    form labels/type:

    email/email address
    name/text
    surname/text
    personal info treatment/radio

    The erroe message is shown for this last field (radio), I don’t know why because it works till some weeks ago.

    Do you need an access to my admin area?

    What happens if you remove and then re-add the field to the form?

    What are your radio options? I believe this has been happening to users when they have an apostrophe or an accent mark inside of one of the radio options.

    It’s worth trying to re-add the field to the form to see if that resolves the issue.
