# Invalid Access Token

 * Our facebook import doesn’t work anymore.
 * There is a popup error saying:
    “The Access Token has been invalidated because
   the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security
   reasons. Can you please Authorize/Reauthorize your Facebook account from Facebook
   Import > Settings.
 * Once we press Authorize it takes me to facebook.com with an error message stating:
   “
   App not set up: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access
   to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.”
 * Please advise

 * Make sure you are using latest version of plugin.Please create New Facebook Application
   according this [document](http://docs.xylusthemes.com/docs/import-facebook-events/creating-facebook-application/).
   Make sure your website is accessible over HTTPS.
