intouch, ie and a floating submit button

Hi guys, I’m running a comp on my website and I’ve used the intouch plugin for people to contact me. It’s working fine in firefox but in ie the submit button is stuck too high in the address box. You can see it here – http://www.jamtec.co.uk/win-a-jamtec-pc-system/
Any ideas on why this is happening and what I can do to sort it out?
