Interstitials ads plugin?

Interstitials ads;
say when you surf the site with interstitials ads, you try to click a link, but then you are redirected to a page with a huge advertisement banner. you only get that in a small chance.

and on that ad page, it says the website name and ‘click here to continue’ on the top bar’

I just want to know is there such plugin for wordpress? or anyother way to achieve this on wordpress
