 * I am wondering if you can assist?
 * Is there a way to set IE <= 10 (see: [http://files.swishdesign.com.au/ljlbX4l](http://files.swishdesign.com.au/ljlbX4l))
   as if the user has Windows 7, the highest version of IE they can have is 11
