    Hello! I’m running into a couple problems with the checkout process and I’d be happy with any helpful information that can direct me to fix the problems. 🙂

    First, if the customer is within the U.S. and they click “Purchase”, it gives me an error through PayPal stating: “Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.” So no transaction can be completed.

    Second problem is when a customer is outside of the U.S., many shipping options are listed but no matter the option you click, the most expensive one is chosen.

    I’m not tech savvy so if this is a problem that I need to solve through the Premium Support, please let me know. I have a Gold Cart API key but it says that it is not valid. 🙁 So help with that would be appreciated too. Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for any help!

    I think it would be best to post a premium support topic.
    TO post a topic you need to have 1 support token on your API key.
    Verify your API key on the link below at the top form on the page:
    http://getshopped.org/extend/premium-upgrades-files/

    If you don`t have any support tokens left then you will have to purchase additional support tokens from the Addons page on the website.
