International Shipping Not Required for International Customers

    When an international customer puts in their address, it used to make it so that only the international shipping price could be selected.

    Now for some reason it is letting them choose the US price which is half or one third the actual price to send it, and its costing me money.

    I cannot find a solution to this problem.
