 * How would I update this to work in the UK? the telephone feature and state prevent
   me doing so. I would be happy to turn the options off as for our purposes they
   are not required.

 * I still have to globalize the phone number but you can modify the address requirements
   in the Locale Settings.

 * Would it help, when you choose Global in the Locale Settings, to remove the error
   checking for the phone number for now until I can offer a more international 
   friendly solution:?
