# Internal server errors

 * this is getting ridiculous, my blog has gone down 3 times today. it goes down
   at least several times a week, or even daily, it seems. it was so much more reliable
   when i just made separate html pages. why does it keep doing this “500 internal
   server error”? i’m getting really upset with this. my host doesn’t offer support
   for this software, and wordpress doesn’t offer support for this software installed
   on hosts. so i’m here, because no one seems to want to take some responsibility.
   if someone can do something, or tell me how to do something to get it to STOP
   going down ALL THE TIME please let me know!

 * You might have some log files that might give you some clues. If you can’t find
   those log files, ask your host.

 * can you post a link to your site?
 *     ```

 * — What exactly happens? Do you get any kind of error message?
 *     ```

 * — it might be less of a hassle to switch to a wordpress.com or another wordpress
   hosted account and not have to worry about these server issues
