A few questions: Do you get the same problem if you try and delete an article, or train it good or bad? Do you have the option “Edit post when made live?” checked or cleared in the Curation tab of Options?

I can successfully delete and train articles from both the Training page and the Training Posts section. The “Edit post when made live” is checked.

Thanks for getting back so quickly.

I think you will need to talk to your hosting company to resolve this. When you choose Make Live we open another tab on your browser from javascript (running in your browser) with a url that points to a php file in the MyCurator plugin directory. It could be one of two things:

    1. You (or your host) need to make sure that the wp-content and wp-content/plugins directories both have file permissions set to 755 or lower. If they are publicly writeable (usually 777 permission) MyCurator will be blocked by WordPress from operating.
    2. Your host may be blocking this type of call to open a page that is a php file in a subdirectory of WordPress. You would have to ask their support if this is the case.

While you are waiting to hear from the host, you can clear the option “Edit post when made live?”. You will now see [Make Draft] and [Make Live] as training tags. You can choose to Make Draft and it will make the article a draft post and you can edit it using the Post menu item. Make Live will publish it immediately and you won’t be able to edit it before it is live.

Ok, thanks for your help. I think it is a permission problem. I will check with my host.
